FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The questions institutional buyers actually ask. If your team has more, talk to us directly.
Is my data used to train AI models?+
No — as a matter of current practice, we do not use your data to train AI models. DealPulse does read and store the documents you upload (OMs, rent rolls, T-12s) to deliver extraction and classification — that's how the product works. The AI providers we route inference through are configured to deny data collection and to apply zero-data-retention handling on document-processing features, so prompts are not retained for training.
Do you offer single-tenant deployments?+
Yes — for institutional customers with heightened data-isolation requirements. Every account is tenant-isolated by default; dedicated single-tenant infrastructure is available on request.
What's your pricing model?+
Pricing is scoped to your team size and deployment model, and we walk through it on the demo call. There is no self-serve tier during beta.
How long is implementation?+
A DealPulse implementation lead with CRE acquisitions experience partners with your team through onboarding, data migration, and model integration. No six-month IT project — most teams are live with real deals flowing within weeks, not months.
Does DealPulse work with our underwriting model, or replace it?+
DealPulse plugs into your model — it does not replace it. AI extraction flows into the Excel workbook your team already trusts via the Microsoft-certified add-in. Your formulas, assumptions, and named ranges stay yours. Fixed row layouts mean your formulas never break across re-exports.
What if your AI gets a number wrong on our OM?+
Every AI extraction is shown for human review and confirmation before it lands in your model. Analysts edit, confirm, or reject — the human is in the loop at every step. DealPulse does not auto-commit extracted financials to your underwriting workbook.
Which broker feeds are integrated?+
Major institutional commercial brokers, refreshed daily and deduplicated across sources. Full broker list shared on the demo.
Is DealPulse a SOC 2-audited platform?+
Pre-audit. We map our controls to AICPA SOC 2 Common Criteria (CC1–CC9) and operate them today, but a SOC 2 Type 2 report is on the roadmap, not yet issued. The Security page shows honest status badges for each criterion.
